Qualifications: BSC Psychology (Hons) Degree, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Les Mills Group Fitness Certified in Body Pump and Body Combat. Certificate in Therapeutic Relaxation and Massage.

Passion: I am extremely excited about being in an industry where I am able to help individuals become confident, positive, strong and happy through exercise. I often draw upon my skills and techniques in psychology to bring about positive mental as well as physical changes in my clients!
