Low-Carb Pasta

I recently reduced my carbohydrate intake to quickly strip bodyfat & found that as I slowly knocked those carbs back, the actual amounts were reducing!

I was eating 120g of cooked wholemeal spaghetti (cooked) per meal, this then reduced some weeks later to 60g of the same.

I chose wholemeal spaghetti as it has a lower GI, therefore a slower release of energy.

Finally, I was down to 25g of cooked wholemeal spaghetti, which yields when weighed (I counted it) 9 strands of spaghetti!  The eating program I was on got dubbed, the “9 strand of Spaghetti Diet”.

Believe it or not, I was totally energised throughout the process.  This not only showed how little calories I needed to function, but how my body’s ability to desire larger amounts of food had decreased!  You should try it, it’s simply a matter of braking habits!

I finally found some low-carb spaghetti & I believe that it a very useful product.  “Vetta” Lite Spaghetti & pasta allowed me to actually increase the amount of spaghetti I was eating, at the same time I was actually having less carbohydrates than before!
